My plant‑based journey started in 2020 and over the course of that year, I collected a journal full of recipes. I love being able to find trending recipes on Instagram and Pinterest and am inspired by what my favorite vegan influencers make. I enjoy most recipes, but baked goods are my favorite. I can't believe how good vegan baked goods are! I'm still able to enjoy almost any dessert using substitutions for butter, milk, and eggs. My mission is to offer yummy baked goods to vegans and non‑vegans alike, whether you're eating vegan for health, the animals, or the planet. Each batch is made with the same care and love that I hope comes through in every loaf, muffin, and bar. If you prefer, I also make nonvegan baked goods, which are equally yummy.
